Waverley Borough Council
Waverley is the local planning authority responsible for preparing planning policy documents and determining most planning applications in the borough.
Over the next four years, we will be preparing a new Local Plan and Design Codes for our area that will set out a blueprint for future development in the borough over the next 20 years.
We would like to involve communities, local organisations, businesses, infrastructure providers, statutory consultees and other stakeholders to help shape and inform the new Local Plan and Design Codes for Waverley.
